    Harmonische balancer is een aandrijfcomponent aan de voorkant die is verbonden met de krukas van een motor.De gebruikelijke constructie bestaat uit een binnennaaf en een buitenring die in rubber zijn verlijmd.

    Het doel is om motortrillingen te verminderen en dient als poelie voor aandrijfriemen.

    Harmonische balancer wordt ook wel harmonische demper, trillingskatrol, krukaspoelie, krukasdemper en krukasbalancer genoemd.
